Something probably could be said that water fountains promote happiness. I'm not too sure about Disney's claim about it being the happiest place on earth, but it is nice when one can visit Disney. I like the music that they frequently play when the fountain is going. I like watching people, and most people who are at Disney are happy.
I got to thinking, yes Vegas has the Bellagio, but Epcot has it's own water fountain.
