| At this time, Downtown Tampa isn't particularly residential, but who knows? It seems that Downtown Saint Petersburg is more residential. It seems to be more pedestrian friendly anyway. I read yesterday where some Occupy Tampa protestors who were jailed for violating the no trespassing regulations, presumably prohibiting camping in city parks, were released with instructions not to return to the city parks.
At the same time, there is a somewhat substantial problem of homelessness. Who knows how much of the problem is created by poor decision making on the part of individuals? |
